Press Statement was an undefeated Group 1 winning 2-year-old. He had 3 starts and 3 wins, including the Group 1 BRC J.J. Atkins Stakes. He then went on to win the time-honoured Caulfield Guineas Group 1 as a Spring 3-year-old. Press Statement is by champion sire Hinchinbrook, and dam Kaaptive Empress who has produced 6 winners including two Group 1 winners.
